When you have enough energy you can fuel your workouts to the next level. Examples of complex carbohydrates are rice, pasta and potatoes.

To grow muscle fast you have to include allot of good high protein in your diet. You should try to include red meat, white meat, fish eggs etc. And of course you can get protein and good vitamins from fruits and vegetables. Just keep this in mind when you choose your muscle building diet.
